Looking for hope? Books and Resources for Finding Hope

We are all fighting battles, and sometimes those battles almost destroy us. There is so much hardship, heartache, hurt, and uncertainty in the world. It’s not supposed to be this way! BUT – My hope comes from the Lord, maker of heaven and earth. He doesn’t promise that this life will be easy, but He does promise that He will never leave us or forsake us. He also promises an eternity with Him if we believe in Him.

Books

The Holy Bible

This is the place to start if you’re looking for hope. The story of God, His people, and His son is the ultimate hope for forgiveness and eternal life. I recommend starting with the gospels in the New Testament, which are the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

Primary Sidebar

Welcome! I'm Jaime, and I'm so happy you're here to learn, play, and read with me!

I'm a children's librarian in the midwest. I have a Master's in Library Science, with a Youth Services specialization. I like to think of myself as a professional reader of children's books, a sensory enthusiast, and a play activist. Which is great for working with children because kids' days are full of learning and playing (and in my dream world, reading books)!

I hope you're able to find some inspiration for teaching the littles in your life!
